Many our items are backed by our returns guarantee and require a 7 day return decision. These products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do not include shipping and handlingcharges. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.
The following items are NEVER returnable:
Special Order Itemsincluding School Mascots
Collector items, Props that are special orders and or require special delivery
Partial Party Kits some used-
Any item that has been worn, used or altered
The following items are ONLY returnable if they are in their unopened, original packaging. Items must not have been worn, used or altered in any way. As they can never be resold.
Undergarments, socks and stockings
Shoes & Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair
Prosthetics, fangs and fake teeth
Cosmetics and make-up
Party Supplies
We generally process returns immediately. During the Halloween season this process may take up to 3 to 4weeks.
Please note:
Any item returned that falls outside our normal return guidelines if accepted, is subject to a minimum 15% handling charge. Please double-check that you have included all of the costume and packaging prior to mailing your return to our warehouse. This includes unauthorized refused packages.
Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $(20.00).
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have shipping fees deducted from the refund
Shipping to and from Memorabilia Mine is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. We mainly use USPS priority insured.
All items are professionally wrapped, in most cases in one box. At times, masks and other items need to be individually shipped and cannot be combined. Expensive items will need to be insured for their full value. Any items not insured by option of the buyer will not be replaced, nor will it be our responsibility for any reason.
Please note: once delivered to the post office, the item is out of our hands, we have no control of the post office, its procedures and customs delays. We will provide you with a tracking number usually via an e-mail from the usps or at your request .
Certain items are sent by UPS due to their weight. Drop shipped options sometimes use UPS for faster delivery.
We do combineshipping when ever possible !

Most (please note) of our products are backed by a returns guarantee and fall under our 7 Day Return Policy. Please note that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only not the shipping charges. The shipping charges (cost to ship the item will be deducted at whatever they were. Return shipping charges are not refundable. If a return is not acceptable—and a label is issued the cost of the return label will also be deducted.
If you return something that has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or garment tag you can’t receive a refund for that item. So please double-check to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packaging before returning anything. The following items are NEVER returnable:Repeat Never!!!!!
Special Order Items - including all Mascots, Collectors one of a kind piece
Props and large items that require special delivery
Partial Party Kits (some used some not)
Any item this smells of odor such as smoke, perfume, ect.
Any item that has been worn, used or altered
Wholesale blowout items
Keep in mind that there may be a minimum 15% restocking fee for returned items that fall outside our normal return guidelines, including unauthorized refusal of packages. There is also a minimum 15% restocking fee if more than four of one item is ordered and returned. If a pre-sale item is canceled, a 10% fee is charged for cancelation unless the item can’t be delivered.
There are certain items we can only take back if they’re returned in the original, unopened factory-sealed packaging. These include:

Shoes & Boots (Does not apply to shoe covers, boot tops, or costume shoes designed for indoor use only or one time wear)
CD's and DVD's

Please note that costume styles can change without notice due to a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience. As part of our hassle free return policy you can return any item that doesn’t meet your full satisfaction. Remember this is at your expense.
How to back the item(s) I want to return?
Please read through our return policy (see exceptions above) to make sure your item is eligible for a refund. If not sure write us immediately, be sure to include a traceable number for the item. All returned items require an Authorization Number) that will include your item number, order number, whatever the case. It must be accessed within 7 days of the delivery date. To receive your approval and initiate a return, simply check your packing slip or go online to e-bay, Amazon, or web site that you purchased and e-mail us (sirwgr@memomine.com) that you want to return your item. You must return the item to us within 7days of the date you notified us. If international , 14 days is approved.
Please Note:
You then need to send your return *through a traceable shipping method.* If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order.
All web initiated requests will receive an automatic confirmation followed by an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation the security on your computer is not allowing our email to be delivered to you. you with your return. If you email us about your return, please include the following information:
Your email address
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Any item damage or shortage, if applicable
How long to receive my refund?
We generally process returns within a week of receiving the product back. During the **Halloween season****Christmas Season** this process may take up to 4 weeks.
Exchanges Offered?
No. We don't offer exchanges due to quick stock turn over so if you need a different size or costume, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received. We ask that you do this because the item you want might be out of stock by the time we receive your return. All appropriate policies apply to all returned item.
